At PB+3, we work for you and personalize each order per the instructions provided by our customers. For our prayer plaques, our low price includes the engraving and the design work necessary to transform a photo of a maltese cross, badge, or patch into a design that can be laser engraved.
Our bamboo wood plaques are 8"x10"x3/4" in size and come ready to hang.
Once you have purchased your item, add your personalized engraving instructions to the notes to seller or send them to us via Etsy conversation.

2) Firefighter's Name
3) Firefighter's Department Name
4) Will need photo of the maltese cross, badge or patch sent to us via email or message, or a web address where a suitable photo can be found.
The standard prayer we use is as follows:

This prayer can be changed, altered or substituted upon request. In addition, since all of our prayers are customized, if you don't like something, let us know and we can normally accommodate any change requests for no additional fee.

Absolutely! We can normally add a custom logo or graphic upon request. However, a graphics design fee may be required if the logo requires significant design work to prepare it for engraving. Message us for more information.
If you need an item by a certain date or time, please communicate that to us in either a message or in the personalization instructions. We can normally accommodate the request without charging any additional fees.
